Disciples Escoffier International is a non-profit association, with membership by invitation only, counting 30,000+ members (70% of which are chefs) in 30+ countries
Founded in 1954 to carry the values and legacy of Auguste Escoffier, headquartered in his birthplace Villeneuve-Loubet, near Nice in France
Named after Mr. Auguste Escoffier (1846-1935), the “King of the Chefs, Chef of the Kings”, a legendary chef, culinary writer, and pioneer for the fine dining industry
After more then 10 years of activities in Asia, the Association keeps growing and has developed more than 13 Delegations across Asia Pacific including Indonesia with its headquarters in Jakarta and Bali as its first Chapter.
